### sec.264C Report about particular activities
A regulation may require a licensee to give a report to the commissioner about activities undertaken by the licensee in relation to the conduct of the licensee’s gaming operations to help ensure the gaming operations are conducted in compliance with this Act.
The report must be in the approved form.
The regulation may prescribe the times, and the way in which, the report is to be given to the commissioner.
The licensee must comply with the regulation.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.

(sec.264C-ssec.1) A regulation may require a licensee to give a report to the commissioner about activities undertaken by the licensee in relation to the conduct of the licensee’s gaming operations to help ensure the gaming operations are conducted in compliance with this Act.
