### sec.263 Obstruction to removal from licensed premises If a person is seeking under section 262 (1) or (2) to remove a person from licensed premises, the person whose removal is sought must not— refuse to leave the premises when required by the first person; or resist the first person. Maximum penalty—25 penalty units. s 263 ins 1992 No. 35 s 15 - (a) refuse to leave the premises when required by the first person; or - (b) resist the first person.
