### sec.262 Removal of certain persons
A licensee may cause a person to be removed from, or refuse to allow a person to enter, the licensee’s licensed premises if the person—
breaches the rules for the licensed premises required to be displayed and enforced under section 237 ; or
damages or physically abuses a gaming machine; or
behaves in a way likely to cause offence to other persons; or
is suspected on reasonable grounds of being on the premises for the purpose of committing an offence or aiding another person to commit an offence against this Act.
A licensee must cause to be removed from the licensee’s licensed premises a person who is prohibited under section 258 (2) from playing gaming machines on the premises if the person plays, or induces another person to play, a gaming machine on behalf of the first person.
Maximum penalty—250 penalty units.
A licensee, or other person acting for a licensee, may use such force and assistance as are necessary and reasonable in removing a person from, or preventing a person from entering, the licensee’s licensed premises under subsection (1) or (2) .
The force that may be used does not include force that is likely to cause bodily harm to the person.

(sec.262-ssec.1) A licensee may cause a person to be removed from, or refuse to allow a person to enter, the licensee’s licensed premises if the person— breaches the rules for the licensed premises required to be displayed and enforced under section 237 ; or damages or physically abuses a gaming machine; or behaves in a way likely to cause offence to other persons; or is suspected on reasonable grounds of being on the premises for the purpose of committing an offence or aiding another person to commit an offence against this Act.
(sec.262-ssec.2) A licensee must cause to be removed from the licensee’s licensed premises a person who is prohibited under section 258 (2) from playing gaming machines on the premises if the person plays, or induces another person to play, a gaming machine on behalf of the first person.
