### sec.261K Report about prohibition under order or direction
A regulation may require a licensee to give the commissioner a report about the prohibition of persons from entering or remaining in the licensee’s licensed premises, or a gaming machine area on the licensed premises, under a self-exclusion order or an exclusion direction.
The report must be in the approved form.
The regulation may prescribe the times, and the way in which, the report is to be given to the commissioner.
The licensee must comply with the regulation.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
