### sec.251 Security of keys etc.
A licensee must ensure that all keys and other devices related to the security of gaming equipment on the licensee’s licensed premises are kept, stored, secured, possessed and used in accordance with requirements prescribed in relation to the keys or other devices.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A person must not possess or use any key or other device referred to in subsection (1) unless the possession or use is—
permitted by; and
in accordance with;
requirements prescribed in relation to the key or other device.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units.
