### sec.215 Cessation or commencement of executive officer or secretary A licensed service contractor that is a body corporate must notify the commissioner in the approved form— that a person has ceased to be the secretary or an executive officer of the body corporate; and that a person has started as the secretary or an executive officer of the body corporate; and the full name, address and date of birth of any person referred to in paragraph (b) ; within 7 days of ceasing or starting.
