### sec.214F Ending show cause process without further action This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the commissioner no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a licence under this part. The commissioner— must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and must give each of the following a written notice stating that no further action is to be taken— the holder of the licence; an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given under section 214B (5) . s 214F ins 2004 No. 21 s 44 amd 2012 No. 25 s 109 (1) (sec.214F-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the commissioner no longer believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a licence under this part.
