### sec.214 Failure to give information or document for investigation
A person of whom a requirement is made under section 213 must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
It is a reasonable excuse for the person not to comply with the requirement if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
The person does not commit an offence against this section if the information or document sought by the commissioner is not in fact relevant to the investigation.
