### sec.211 Approving audit programs
The Minister may approve—
an audit program for investigating licensed gaming nominees, licensed repairers and licensed service contractors; and
an audit program for investigating associates of licensed gaming nominees, licensed repairers and licensed service contractors.
An audit program approved by the Minister may not provide for the investigation of persons under the program at intervals of less than 2 years.

(sec.211-ssec.1) The Minister may approve— an audit program for investigating licensed gaming nominees, licensed repairers and licensed service contractors; and an audit program for investigating associates of licensed gaming nominees, licensed repairers and licensed service contractors.
(sec.211-ssec.2) An audit program approved by the Minister may not provide for the investigation of persons under the program at intervals of less than 2 years.
