### sec.205 Conditions of licences A licence under this part is subject to such conditions (including any variation of the conditions made under section 206 ) as the commissioner may impose in the public interest or for the proper conduct of gaming at the time of granting the licence or under section 206 . A holder of a licence must not contravene a condition of the licence.
