### sec.155 Change of officers of licensed supplier This section applies to a licensed supplier if a change happens by which a person stops being, or becomes, the secretary or an executive officer of the licensed supplier. The licensed supplier must, as required by this section, notify the commissioner of— the change; and the name, address and date of birth of the person involved in the change. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
