### sec.151 Terms of appointment, and role, of administrator
This section applies if the commissioner appoints an administrator to conduct the monitoring operations of a licensed monitoring operator.
For any matter not provided for under this Act, the administrator holds office on terms decided by the commissioner.
The administrator—
has full control of, and responsibility for, the monitoring operations (including operations relating to anything that had been started but not finished at the time of the administrator’s appointment); and
subject to any directions of the Minister, must conduct the monitoring operations as required by this Act as if the administrator were the licensed monitoring operator.
The costs of and incidental to the conduct and administration of the monitoring operations by the administrator (the administration costs ) are payable by the licensed monitoring operator.
Any profits derived from the conduct of the monitoring operations by the administrator are, after payment of the administration costs, to be paid to the licensed monitoring operator.
