### sec.137 Requirement to give information or material for investigation The commissioner may, by written notice given to a person to whom an investigation under this division relates, require the person to give the commissioner information or material the commissioner considers is relevant to the investigation. When making the requirement, the commissioner must warn the person it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. s 137 ins 1997 No. 24 s 13 amd 2012 No. 25 s 109 (1) (sec.137-ssec.1) The commissioner may, by written notice given to a person to whom an investigation under this division relates, require the person to give the commissioner information or material the commissioner considers is relevant to the investigation.
