### sec.109P Requirements about transferee licensed premises
For section 109M (4) , requirements about the transferee licensed premises are stated in subsections (2) and (3) .
The approved number of gaming machines for the transferee licensed premises must be more than the sum of—
the endorsed number of entitlements for the licensed premises; and
the number of entitlements for other licensed premises that have been transferred to the transferee licensee on a temporary basis under division 3 .
The number of entitlements the subject of the transfer must not be more than the difference between the approved number of gaming machines and the sum of the entitlements mentioned in subsection (2) .

(sec.109P-ssec.1) For section 109M (4) , requirements about the transferee licensed premises are stated in subsections (2) and (3) .
(sec.109P-ssec.2) The approved number of gaming machines for the transferee licensed premises must be more than the sum of— the endorsed number of entitlements for the licensed premises; and the number of entitlements for other licensed premises that have been transferred to the transferee licensee on a temporary basis under division 3 .
(sec.109P-ssec.3) The number of entitlements the subject of the transfer must not be more than the difference between the approved number of gaming machines and the sum of the entitlements mentioned in subsection (2) .
- (a) the endorsed number of entitlements for the licensed premises; and
- (b) the number of entitlements for other licensed premises that have been transferred to the transferee licensee on a temporary basis under division 3 .
