### sec.107 Expenses of administration The expenses of and incidental to the administration of the affairs of a category 2 licensee by a person appointed under section 106 are payable by the licensee. The remuneration of a person so appointed is an expense referred to in subsection (1) and is to be fixed by the commissioner. s 107 amd 1999 No. 77 s 34 ; 2012 No. 25 s 110 (sec.107-ssec.1) The expenses of and incidental to the administration of the affairs of a category 2 licensee by a person appointed under section 106 are payable by the licensee.
