### sec.100 Effect of suspension of licence The suspension of a gaming machine licence under section 96 , 97 (12) or (13) or 98 (1) has the same effect as the cancellation of the licence but without prejudice to— any penalty or other liability incurred by the licensee; or the exercise of the powers or authorities of the commissioner or an inspector. s 100 amd 1997 No. 24 s 61 sch ; 1999 No. 8 s 29 ; 2012 No. 25 s 69 - (a) any penalty or other liability incurred by the licensee; or - (b) the exercise of the powers or authorities of the commissioner or an inspector.
