### sec.88 Power to seize evidence after entering a vehicle An authorised officer who enters a vehicle under a warrant under this part may seize— a thing in or on the vehicle; or the vehicle itself; if the authorised officer believes, on reasonable grounds, the thing or vehicle is evidence of the commission of an offence against 1 of the following provisions— for a vehicle— section 36 section 37 section 38 section 55 ; or for a thing— a provision mentioned in paragraph (c) section 91 (3) . s 88 amd 2004 No. 4 s 57 sch - (a) a thing in or on the vehicle; or - (b) the vehicle itself; - (c) for a vehicle— • section 36 • section 37 • section 38 • section 55 ; or - • section 36 - • section 37 - • section 38 - • section 55 ; or - (d) for a thing— • a provision mentioned in paragraph (c) • section 91 (3) . - • a provision mentioned in paragraph (c) - • section 91 (3) . - • section 36 - • section 37 - • section 38 - • section 55 ; or - • a provision mentioned in paragraph (c) - • section 91 (3) .
