### sec.70 Breach of conditions of permission
This section applies to a person camping on land (other than prohibited camping land) while fossicking on the land under a licence.
If the person does not comply with the conditions of the permission to camp on the land—
the person’s right to remain on the land ends; and
an authorised officer, the landowner, claim holder or lease holder may require the person to leave the land immediately.
If the person does not leave the land immediately, the person commits an offence against this Act.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
This section does not affect a right or remedy the owner may have against the person apart from this section.
(sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies to a person camping on land (other than prohibited camping land) while fossicking on the land under a licence.
