### sec.29 Licensee must comply with conditions of permission
This section applies if permission under this Act to fossick on land is given on conditions.
A licensee must comply with the conditions of the permission.
If a licensee does not comply with a condition of the permission—
the licensee’s right to remain on the land ends; and
an authorised officer, or the person who gave the permission, may require the licensee to leave the land immediately.
If the licensee does not immediately leave the land, the licensee commits an offence against this Act, unless the licensee has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
This section does not affect a right or remedy the person who gave the permission may have against a licensee apart from this section.
(sec.29-ssec.1) This section applies if permission under this Act to fossick on land is given on conditions.
(sec.29-ssec.2) A licensee must comply with the conditions of the permission.
(sec.29-ssec.3) If a licensee does not comply with a condition of the permission— the licensee’s right to remain on the land ends; and an authorised officer, or the person who gave the permission, may require the licensee to leave the land immediately.
