### sec.26 Licensee’s right to enter unoccupied land to fossick
Despite any other Act, a licensee may enter and fossick on unoccupied land.
However, a person must not fossick on excluded land.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
In this section—
excluded land means land excluded from the Act ’s operation under part 2 .
unoccupied land means land other than occupied land.

(sec.26-ssec.1) Despite any other Act, a licensee may enter and fossick on unoccupied land.
(sec.26-ssec.2) However, a person must not fossick on excluded land. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
