### sec.13 Act’s application to scientific organisations This Act does not apply to fossicking, for a scientific or research purpose, by or for— the Queensland Museum; or a scientific organisation actually engaged in a geoscience research program. - (a) the Queensland Museum; or - (b) a scientific organisation actually engaged in a geoscience research program.
