### sec.102 Hearing procedures An appeal is to be by way of rehearing unaffected by the decision of the authorised officer, issuing officer or chief executive. In deciding an appeal, the Land Court— is not bound by the rules of evidence; and must observe natural justice. s 102 amd 1999 No. 7 s 87 sch 3 ; 2007 No. 39 s 41 sch ; 2013 No. 10 s 35 (sec.102-ssec.1) An appeal is to be by way of rehearing unaffected by the decision of the authorised officer, issuing officer or chief executive.
