### sec.97 Regulation-making power The Governor in Council may from time to time make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters and things which by this Act are required or permitted to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing provisions of this section, regulations may be made for or in respect of all or any of the purposes, matters, and things set forth in schedule 2 . The power to make with respect to State forests, timber reserves, forest products, quarry material, or matters or things whatsoever, any regulation under this Act shall include power to make that regulation so that it may be of general or specially limited application according to time, place, purposes, classes, or circumstances, or otherwise as is prescribed, and so that any regulation or specially limited application may or may not differ from any other regulation of specially limited application with respect to the same persons, matters, or things.
