### sec.96A Delegation by chief executive—general
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this or another Act to an appropriately qualified officer or employee of a department responsible for the administration of this Act.
In subsection (1) —
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
