### sec.93 Judicial notice
Judicial notice shall be taken of—
the boundaries of every State plantation forest; and
the boundaries of every State forest and timber reserve; and
every notification under this Act published in the gazette.
When in any proceedings under or for the purpose of this Act a question arises as to whether any forest products or quarry material are the property of the Crown, such forest products or quarry material shall be presumed to be the property of the Crown until the contrary is proved.

(sec.93-ssec.1) Judicial notice shall be taken of— the boundaries of every State plantation forest; and the boundaries of every State forest and timber reserve; and every notification under this Act published in the gazette.
