### sec.88A Recovery of moneys by plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee
This section applies if a fee or amount—
may be retained or recovered by a plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee under this Act, including under section 96B (6) ; and
is unpaid.
The plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee may recover the fee or amount in any court of competent jurisdiction by action as for a debt.
The plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee may bring the action in its own name.

(sec.88A-ssec.1) This section applies if a fee or amount— may be retained or recovered by a plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee under this Act, including under section 96B (6) ; and is unpaid.
