### sec.82J Powers of Magistrates Court on appeal
In deciding the appeal, the Magistrates Court may—
confirm the seizure of the thing; or
set aside the seizure and order the return of the thing.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a Magistrates Court may give any necessary directions about the seized thing before the appeal is heard or to dispose of the appeal.

(sec.82J-ssec.1) In deciding the appeal, the Magistrates Court may— confirm the seizure of the thing; or set aside the seizure and order the return of the thing.
