### sec.76A Ministerial exemption for forest products and quarry materials
The Minister may, by gazette notice, exempt a person or a class of persons from compliance with a provision of this Act in relation to forest products or quarry material.
An exemption may be subject to the conditions that—
the Minister considers appropriate, including the period for which it applies; and
are stated in the gazette notice.
A person must not contravene a condition of an exemption that applies to the person.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(sec.76A-ssec.1) The Minister may, by gazette notice, exempt a person or a class of persons from compliance with a provision of this Act in relation to forest products or quarry material.
(sec.76A-ssec.2) An exemption may be subject to the conditions that— the Minister considers appropriate, including the period for which it applies; and are stated in the gazette notice.
(sec.76A-ssec.3) A person must not contravene a condition of an exemption that applies to the person. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
