### sec.73F Unauthorised structures or works
A person must not build or keep a structure or other works in a State forest, timber reserve or forest entitlement area.
Maximum penalty—165 penalty units.
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a camping structure under a camping permit.
Also, subsection (1) does not apply if the person is authorised to build or keep the structure or works, in the State forest, timber reserve or forest entitlement area, under an authority (such as an agreement, contract, permit, licence or lease) under any of the following Acts—
this Act;
the Geothermal Energy Act 2010 ;
the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009 ;
the Land Act 1994 ;
the Mining Acts.
