### sec.69L Camping in forest entitlement area prohibited
A person must not camp in a forest entitlement area, unless the person—
is camping with the chief executive’s written approval; or
is a lessee or owner of the land containing a forest entitlement area, or a person camping with the lessee or owner; or
is acting in the course of performing duties under this Act.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
