### sec.61TN Relationship with Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth)
It is declared that the following are not personal property for the purposes of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth) —
a plantation licence;
a plantation sublicence;
a right conferred on a plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee under this Act, a plantation licence or plantation sublicence, including a right to natural resource product or quarry material in a licence area;
any other right, licence or authority granted under this Act.
Subsection (1) does not limit the application of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth) , section 8 (1) (f) (i) to a plantation licence or plantation sublicence.

(sec.61TN-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not limit the application of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cwlth) , section 8 (1) (f) (i) to a plantation licence or plantation sublicence.
- (a) a plantation licence;
- (b) a plantation sublicence;
- (c) a right conferred on a plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee under this Act, a plantation licence or plantation sublicence, including a right to natural resource product or quarry material in a licence area;
- (d) any other right, licence or authority granted under this Act.
