sec.61TAPower of attorney

### sec.61TA Power of attorney A power of attorney that allows dealings with an interest in a plantation licence or plantation sublicence under this Act must be registered in the powers of attorney register under the Land Title Act 1994 . A power of attorney registered under the Land Title Act 1994 — is taken to be a power of attorney registered for this Act; and authorises the donee to deal with any interest in a plantation licence or plantation sublicence that may be dealt with by the donor under the power of attorney and this Act. s 61TA ins 2010 No. 12 s 45 (sec.61TA-ssec.1) A power of attorney that allows dealings with an interest in a plantation licence or plantation sublicence under this Act must be registered in the powers of attorney register under the Land Title Act 1994 .
