### sec.61SL Releasing a mortgage
If a release of a registered mortgage is lodged, the registrar of titles may register the release to the extent shown in the release.
On registration of a release of a registered mortgage, the mortgage is discharged, and the plantation licence or plantation sublicence is released from the mortgage, to the extent shown in the release.

(sec.61SL-ssec.1) If a release of a registered mortgage is lodged, the registrar of titles may register the release to the extent shown in the release.
