### sec.61SG Evidentiary effect of recording particulars in the register In all proceedings, the particulars of a registered document recorded in the register are conclusive evidence of— the registration of the document; and the contents of the document; and all things stated or implied in it by this or another Act; and when the document was lodged and registered. s 61SG ins 2010 No. 12 s 45 - (a) the registration of the document; and - (b) the contents of the document; and - (c) all things stated or implied in it by this or another Act; and - (d) when the document was lodged and registered.
