### sec.61SG Evidentiary effect of recording particulars in the register
In all proceedings, the particulars of a registered document recorded in the register are conclusive evidence of—
the registration of the document; and
the contents of the document; and
all things stated or implied in it by this or another Act; and
when the document was lodged and registered.
