### sec.61SA Priority of registered documents
Registered documents have priority according to when each of them was lodged and not according to when each of them was executed.
A document is taken to be lodged on the day and at the time endorsed on the document by the registrar of titles as the day and time of the lodgement unless the contrary is proved.
Subsection (1) is not affected by actual, implied or constructive notice.
Registered documents have priority over documents that are not registered and any interests claimed under documents that are not registered.
