### sec.61RO Registration of documents
A plantation licence must be registered in—
the register; and
the register of State forests kept under the Land Act 1994 .
If a plantation licence is affected by any of the following dealings, a document must be registered in the register to record the dealing—
an amendment of the plantation licence;
a sublicence of the plantation licence;
an amendment of the plantation sublicence;
a transfer of the plantation licence;
a transfer of a plantation sublicence;
a transfer of a registered mortgage;
a release of a registered mortgage;
an amendment of a registered mortgage;
a change in the priority of registered mortgages;
a caveat in relation to the plantation licence;
a surrender of a plantation licence;
a cancellation of a plantation licence;
a termination of a plantation licence;
a termination of a plantation sublicence;
an enforcement warrant.
A dealing may be lodged for registration under this Act at any office where a dealing may be lodged for registration under the Land Title Act 1994 when the office is open for business.
Also, if a plantation licence is affected by any of the following documents, the document may be registered in the register—
a mortgage of a plantation licence;
a mortgage of a plantation sublicence;
another document required under an Act.
A document mentioned in subsection (2) (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (k) , (l) or (m) or (3) (a) or (b) may be registered only if it is approved, or consented to, by the Minister.
If a dealing mentioned in subsection (2) relates to part of a licence area that is not already identified on a sketch plan, the person lodging the dealing for registration must also lodge a sketch plan identifying the affected part.

(sec.61RO-ssec.1) A plantation licence must be registered in— the register; and the register of State forests kept under the Land Act 1994 .
(sec.61RO-ssec.2) If a plantation licence is affected by any of the following dealings, a document must be registered in the register to record the dealing— an amendment of the plantation licence; a sublicence of the plantation licence; an amendment of the plantation sublicence; a transfer of the plantation licence; a transfer of a plantation sublicence; a transfer of a registered mortgage; a release of a registered mortgage; an amendment of a registered mortgage; a change in the priority of registered mortgages; a caveat in relation to the plantation licence; a surrender of a plantation licence; a cancellation of a plantation licence; a termination of a plantation licence; a termination of a plantation sublicence; an enforcement warrant. A dealing may be lodged for registration under this Act at any office where a dealing may be lodged for registration under the Land Title Act 1994 when the office is open for business.
(sec.61RO-ssec.3) Also, if a plantation licence is affected by any of the following documents, the document may be registered in the register— a mortgage of a plantation licence; a mortgage of a plantation sublicence; another document required under an Act.
(sec.61RO-ssec.4) A document mentioned in subsection (2) (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (k) , (l) or (m) or (3) (a) or (b) may be registered only if it is approved, or consented to, by the Minister.
(sec.61RO-ssec.5) If a dealing mentioned in subsection (2) relates to part of a licence area that is not already identified on a sketch plan, the person lodging the dealing for registration must also lodge a sketch plan identifying the affected part.

- (m) a termination of a plantation licence;
- (n) a termination of a plantation sublicence;
- (o) an enforcement warrant.
