### sec.61RI Events that are not compensation events
A plantation licensee or plantation sublicensee may not claim compensation under this division for any of the following events happening in relation to the licence area for the plantation licence or plantation sublicence—
land forming part, or all, of the licence area stops being State plantation forest under section 32B ;

the plantation licence for the licence area or part of the licence area is cancelled under section 61RA ;
the surrender of the plantation licence or part of the plantation licence under section 61RB .
