### sec.61QX Ownership of equipment and improvements
While the equipment or improvements are on the land, they are the property of the person who took, constructed or placed them on the land, unless that person otherwise agrees.
Subsection (1) applies despite—
the equipment or improvements having become part of the land; or
the sale or other disposal of the land.
This section applies despite—
an Act or law of a State; or
a contract, covenant or claim of right under a law of a State.
