### sec.61QT Amending a plantation sublicence
A plantation sublicence may be amended only with the Minister’s written approval.
However, the amendment must not add a party to or remove a party from the plantation sublicence.
The Minister may—
refuse to approve the amendment; or
approve the amendment on the conditions the Minister considers appropriate; or
approve the amendment unconditionally.
If the Minister decides not to approve the amendment, the Minister must give the plantation licensee and plantation sublicensee written notice of the decision and the reasons for the decision.
An amendment of a plantation sublicence approved by the Minister must be registered.

(sec.61QT-ssec.1) A plantation sublicence may be amended only with the Minister’s written approval.
