### sec.61QP Rights under the plantation sublicence
If a plantation sublicence is entered into with the Minister’s approval, a right conferred on the plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement is also taken to have been conferred on, and may be exercised by, the plantation sublicensee.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a right conferred on a plantation sublicensee under this Act, the plantation licence, the plantation sublicence or a related agreement may be exercised by the plantation sublicensee’s employees, agents, contractors, customers and invitees.
Subsection (2) is subject to a contrary intention expressed or implied in the plantation licence, plantation sublicence or related agreement.
In this section—
right does not include the performance of a function delegated under section 96B .

(sec.61QP-ssec.1) If a plantation sublicence is entered into with the Minister’s approval, a right conferred on the plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement is also taken to have been conferred on, and may be exercised by, the plantation sublicensee.
(sec.61QP-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a right conferred on a plantation sublicensee under this Act, the plantation licence, the plantation sublicence or a related agreement may be exercised by the plantation sublicensee’s employees, agents, contractors, customers and invitees.
(sec.61QP-ssec.3) Subsection (2) is subject to a contrary intention expressed or implied in the plantation licence, plantation sublicence or related agreement.
