### sec.61QH Acts and omissions of plantation sublicensee or plantation manager etc. Subsection (2) applies if any of the following persons does an act or makes an omission that if done or omitted to be done by a plantation licensee would be a contravention of an obligation of the plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement— a plantation sublicensee; a plantation manager; an employee, agent, contractor, customer or invitee of a plantation licensee, plantation sublicensee or plantation manager. The act or omission is taken also to be the act or omission of the plantation licensee. s 61QH ins 2010 No. 12 s 45 (sec.61QH-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if any of the following persons does an act or makes an omission that if done or omitted to be done by a plantation licensee would be a contravention of an obligation of the plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement— a plantation sublicensee; a plantation manager; an employee, agent, contractor, customer or invitee of a plantation licensee, plantation sublicensee or plantation manager. (sec.61QH-ssec.2) The act or omission is taken also to be the act or omission of the plantation licensee. - (a) a plantation sublicensee; - (b) a plantation manager; - (c) an employee, agent, contractor, customer or invitee of a plantation licensee, plantation sublicensee or plantation manager.
