### sec.61QF Rights under a plantation licence
A right conferred on a plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement may be exercised by the plantation licensee’s employees, agents, contractors, customers and invitees.
Subsection (1) is subject to a contrary intention expressed or implied in this Act, the plantation licence or related agreement.
In this section—
right does not include the performance of a function delegated under section 96B .

(sec.61QF-ssec.1) A right conferred on a plantation licensee under this Act, the plantation licence or a related agreement may be exercised by the plantation licensee’s employees, agents, contractors, customers and invitees.
