### sec.61L Chief executive may keep guidelines
The chief executive may keep guidelines about the making of an application under this part.
The Land Act 1994 , section 420B applies to the chief executive for the guidelines—
as if a reference to the chief executive in that section were a reference to the chief executive administering this Act; and
with other necessary changes.

(sec.61L-ssec.1) The chief executive may keep guidelines about the making of an application under this part.
