### sec.48 Getting or selling forest products
The chief executive may cause to be got and sold or otherwise disposed of, any forest products which are the absolute property of the Crown, other than forest products situate on a protected area, and for these purposes a person performing duties under this Act—
may enter and re-enter the land on which such forest products are situate; and
establish and carry on thereon such operations and works as the chief executive thinks fit; and
convey or cause to be conveyed any forest products to any place the chief executive considers suitable for their better disposal.
