### sec.34D State forest park
The chief executive—
must ensure a State forest park is used and managed with a view to maintaining its forest setting; and
shall provide roads and paths for the purpose of enabling persons generally to travel to, within and from a State forest park; and
shall provide such recreational facilities as to the chief executive seem appropriate in a State forest park; and
may cause to be erected and maintained at each entrance to and also within a State forest park such number of signs as to the chief executive seem desirable showing details of the recreational activities for which facilities are available within the park.
