### sec.32AA Chief executive to lodge document for setting apart and declaration or change
This section applies if a regulation is made under this part for—
the setting apart and declaration of a State forest or timber reserve; or
the revocation, amalgamation or other change to a State forest or timber reserve.
The chief executive must lodge for registration with the registrar of titles a document evidencing the setting apart and declaration, revocation, amalgamation or other change.
The document must—
be lodged as soon as practicable after the regulation is made; and
comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
If a revocation, amalgamation or other change to a State forest or timber reserve affects a part of a lot within the meaning of the Land Act 1994 , the document lodged must be accompanied by a plan of subdivision for the change.

(sec.32AA-ssec.1) This section applies if a regulation is made under this part for— the setting apart and declaration of a State forest or timber reserve; or the revocation, amalgamation or other change to a State forest or timber reserve.
(sec.32AA-ssec.2) The chief executive must lodge for registration with the registrar of titles a document evidencing the setting apart and declaration, revocation, amalgamation or other change.
(sec.32AA-ssec.3) The document must— be lodged as soon as practicable after the regulation is made; and comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
(sec.32AA-ssec.4) If a revocation, amalgamation or other change to a State forest or timber reserve affects a part of a lot within the meaning of the Land Act 1994 , the document lodged must be accompanied by a plan of subdivision for the change.
- (a) the setting apart and declaration of a State forest or timber reserve; or
- (b) the revocation, amalgamation or other change to a State forest or timber reserve.
- (a) be lodged as soon as practicable after the regulation is made; and
- (b) comply with any requirements of the registrar of titles.
