### sec.27 Amalgamation etc. of State forests The Governor in Council may, by regulation— set apart and declare a State forest and an area of Crown land, or a timber reserve, as a State forest; or set apart and declare contiguous State forests as a single State forest; or divide a State forest into State forests. s 27 amd 1968 No. 33 s 8 ; 1976 No. 9 s 2 ; 1991 No. 13 s 6 sub 1992 No. 68 s 3 sch 1 - (a) set apart and declare a State forest and an area of Crown land, or a timber reserve, as a State forest; or - (b) set apart and declare contiguous State forests as a single State forest; or - (c) divide a State forest into State forests.
