### sec.27 Amalgamation etc. of State forests
The Governor in Council may, by regulation—
set apart and declare a State forest and an area of Crown land, or a timber reserve, as a State forest; or
set apart and declare contiguous State forests as a single State forest; or
divide a State forest into State forests.
