### sec.25 Power to set apart and declare State forests
The Governor in Council may, by regulation, set apart and declare as a State forest—
any Crown land; or
any land that is, or is part of, a timber reserve; or
any land that is, or is part of, a forest reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .

- (a) any Crown land; or
