### sec.25 Power to set apart and declare State forests The Governor in Council may, by regulation, set apart and declare as a State forest— any Crown land; or any land that is, or is part of, a timber reserve; or any land that is, or is part of, a forest reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 . See the Nature Conservation Act 1992 , section 70G . s 25 amd 1992 No. 15 s 13 sch ; 1992 No. 68 s 3 sch 1 ; 2013 No. 55 s 10 - (a) any Crown land; or - (b) any land that is, or is part of, a timber reserve; or - (c) any land that is, or is part of, a forest reserve under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 .
