### sec.145 Engagements and agreements under former s 61TS This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive (lands) had— engaged an entity under former section 61TS(4); or entered into an agreement under former section 61TS(6); and on the commencement, the engagement or agreement— has not ended; and has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice. From the commencement, the engagement or agreement is taken to have been entered into by the registrar of titles under— for an engagement entered into under former section 61TS(4)—new section 61TS(4); and for an agreement entered into under former section 61TS(6)—new section 61TS(6). In this section— transfer notice see the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 , section 20 . s 145 ins 2021 No. 12 s 73 (sec.145-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive (lands) had— engaged an entity under former section 61TS(4); or entered into an agreement under former section 61TS(6); and on the commencement, the engagement or agreement— has not ended; and has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice. (sec.145-ssec.2) From the commencement, the engagement or agreement is taken to have been entered into by the registrar of titles under— for an engagement entered into under former section 61TS(4)—new section 61TS(4); and for an agreement entered into under former section 61TS(6)—new section 61TS(6). (sec.145-ssec.3) In this section— transfer notice see the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 , section 20 . - (a) before the commencement, the chief executive (lands) had— (i) engaged an entity under former section 61TS(4); or (ii) entered into an agreement under former section 61TS(6); and - (i) engaged an entity under former section 61TS(4); or - (ii) entered into an agreement under former section 61TS(6); and - (b) on the commencement, the engagement or agreement— (i) has not ended; and (ii) has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice. - (i) has not ended; and - (ii) has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice. - (i) engaged an entity under former section 61TS(4); or - (ii) entered into an agreement under former section 61TS(6); and - (i) has not ended; and - (ii) has not been transferred to the titles registry operator under a transfer notice. - (a) for an engagement entered into under former section 61TS(4)—new section 61TS(4); and - (b) for an agreement entered into under former section 61TS(6)—new section 61TS(6).
