### sec.133 Existing State forest or timber reserve
This section applies to a State forest or timber reserve declared and set apart under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
As soon as practicable after the commencement, the chief executive must give the chief executive (lands) written notice of the existence of the State forest or timber reserve.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that section 32AB does not apply to the State forest or timber reserve.

(sec.133-ssec.1) This section applies to a State forest or timber reserve declared and set apart under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
